Kathy Scheucher, Registered Conveyancer

With over 30 years experience as a practicing conveyancer, Kathy has extensive experience in all aspects of property law. After graduating she started growing her own business in 1994, after ten years working for legal firms in both Adelaide and Melbourne. Kathy particularly enjoys community and land divisions, as well commercial leases because of the business growth it enables for her clients.

Kathy proclaims that the most rewarding part of her business is the longstanding relationships with her regular clients and colleagues, which go back as long as she has been in business. These relationships are a true testament to the quality of her work and her commitment to client satisfaction.

In 2015 Kathy started Essential Forms & Contracts to meet the demands of clients needing expert preparation of contract terms and Form 1/Vendor Disclosure Statements, a vital part of the Conveyancing process.

She lives with her husband Eric, and 3 mini Schnauzers Jack, Albert & Charlie. Kathy enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren Phoenix, Bodhi, Luca, and her granddaughter Nelly and playing piano, listening to music and travelling.
